Complete our Availability FormList Item 1
We like to keep things simple and easy! By filling out our Availability Form this will give us all of the important information on you and your special event. ** Make sure you supply a password, you'll need this for the ONLINE PLANNER! We then APPROVE your day if we are available and move forward with the process!

Complete the Contract!List Item 2
Once the contract is signed and completed - we can then move forward! You can also sign this online in the EVENT INFO area by clicking on the PRINT CONTRACTS link.

Deposit Required!List Item 3
We do require a $250.00 deposit on all Weddings and $100.00 deposit on everything else! The contract balance is due 30 days prior to the event!

Let the Planning Begin!List Item 4
After all of the formalities are squared away it's time to start filling out the ONLINE EVENT PLANNER! The planner will be closed 5 days prior to the event. We always schedule a phone conference around this time so we may be sure we are covering everything!
