We like to keep things simple and easy! By filling out our Availability Form this will give us all of the important information on you and your special event. ** Make sure you supply a password, you'll need this for the ONLINE PLANNER! If you agree to our price, then we APPROVE your day and move forward with the process! We will be happy to schedule a consultation before signing any contracts!

Retainer Amount Required!List Item 3
We do require a 35% deposit on all price quotes! All balances are due 30 days prior to the event. Some event types are eligible to pay balance day of event.

Let the Planning Begin!List Item 4
After all of the formalities are squared away it's time to start filling out the ONLINE EVENT PLANNER! The planner will be closed 5 days prior to the event. We always schedule a phone conference around this time so we may be sure we are covering everything!
