Log into your Online Portal and sign the Contract. If you selected a password this can be found in the Welcome and Contract Emails. Once logged in review your contract and digitally sign it. The Contract can be found in the "My Event" area and by clicking on "Print Documents". Once signed, you will get a copy of your Contract E-Mailed to you.

Pay your Retainer amount listed on the Contract by the specified date. Our systems will close out the event if the deposit is not paid by the indicated date. (This is normally 1 week after booking). Preferred payment methods for 2021 is Venmo, Check or Cash. There is a 3.0% Processing Fee if paying by Credit Card.

Complete the Worksheets: Log onto the Portal and complete the following: Online Event Planner, Timeline and Music Requests. The Online Event Planner (Wedding Worksheet) and Timeline can be located in the "My Event" area under worksheets. Music Requests can be added in the "Music Requests" area which is found in the main links. If you have contracted a Photobooth from us; please complete the Photobooth worksheet as well.

Once all forms are completed, Brandon will schedule a 30 day meeting prior to your special day to go over everything that was entered. After this meeting the Portal will be locked out and changes cannot be made unless needed. Now get ready for an unforgettable time!!!
